Setting of club fees – already set at present cost of $35, but discussion regarding increased costs next year possibly affecting future membership costs.

Decision to continue as in the past - $200 to be donated to Westpac Helicopters.

General Meeting

Access to airstrip – Kris has given a combo lock to Harry Memelink, with the intention of daisychaining it into the gatechain. Not yet done, Kris to contact Harry re xmas/lock. (Kris has key for changing combo lock)
Weatherstation. Solar panel stolen last year, new one fitted and mounted partway up pole.
Station hit recently with lightening. Arrester was damaged, failed to do its job. New unit required, approx $700. May also require a new head, another $200.
Proposal – that the club go ahead and have the repairs done, to a cost of $1000.
