General Business

Eastern Harbour Regional Park

Kris advises that the the activities of Hang gliding and Paragliding have formally been accepted in the park. Kris agrees to to confirm that we can safelly use the airspace, and organise the access to a key for the gate.

Oystershell

This site (the launch and bottom landing paddock) is currently for sale. While our continued use is OK with the present owners, this may change. Grant to advise of any changes.

Climie

Landing paddocks currently being sold off. This leaves only Brian Smths paddock, or in emergency the valley to the east of the roads.

Kourarau

Access OK to north launch past watertank, or to western face via alternative track. Original access via top paddock closed till further notice (probably a year or two).

Hang Gliding Nationals 2008

Fraser Bull has put in a bid on behalf of the Wgtn club. Yet to be confirmed.

Paeroas

Grant advises a fly-in (HG & PG) happening at the Paeroas over easter. Any queries contact
