NZHGPA AGM
The NZHGPA AGM was held in Wellington on 1/2 September.
The most relevant item is that NZHGPA fees are going up $10,
but the prompt pament discount is also going up to $15 - so if you're
organised and pay before the due date the effective increase is only $5
